[GFCA] JV/Novice and Congress State Tournament - Registration Reminders

Good afternoon, coaches!

As the regular season winds down and the State Tournaments draw near, I
wanted to highlight a few upcoming dates and deadlines for the JV/Novice
State Tournament:

1. The JV/Novice and Congress State Tournament will be February 11-12 at
Houston County High School. Debate events will run Saturday and Sunday,
while Congress will be Sunday only. The full schedule is posted on Tabroom.

2. Registration is open on Tabroom
<https://www.tabroom.com/index/tourn/index.mhtml?tourn_id=5781>, and *closes
February 3 *for first/second year debate divisions (see below for Congress
deadlines).

Please register your students as soon as possible . *(Even if you're
waiting for the Johns Creek tournament for your students to complete a
second tournament, you can go ahead and register them, and we'll remove
them from the waitlist after Johns Creek.)*

3. Legislation for Congress is due THIS Friday, January 27. *Each school
with students competing in Congress State must submit TWO pieces of
legislation by 5PM January 27* to Jeffrey Miller (jmill126 at gmail.com).

*This means that you must register your Congress entries by Friday, January
27.  *
*NO entries to Congress will be accepted after the 27th.*

4. Please complete your meal orders for students AND judges through
Tabroom. *All meal orders must be submitted by 5 PM February 3.*

5. Remember that ALL team coaches must contribute at least one round to the
judging pool (even if this means that you are contributing rounds beyond
your total obligation.)

that you have completed all other steps in the registration process. If you
