[GFCA] JCHS Tournament PF Announcement

Hey all -

We look forward to hosting all of you in two days!

One quick change - because of low entry numbers/schools in JV PF and Novice
PF we will be collapsing the PF division to just open for the tournament.
Its the only way to make things run.
