[GFCA] Policy Debate Topic Vote

Please follow the link to the GFCA ballot for the final round of voting on
next year's policy debate topic. Each school has one vote. Vote for your
choice of topic. Please keep in mind that the GFCA vote will be calculated
with other votes from around the country to determine the resolution choice
for the 2018-19 school year. Therefore, it is important that schools with
active policy programs now and who hope to have them in the future have
their voices heard in this GFCA vote.
