[GFCA] Help - Scholarship Form

Good morning fellow coaches,

I hope that all is going well with you.  I need some help.  I have several
people down here who want to sponsor a student's participation in speech
and debate but I need help creating a scholarship application - I want to
make sure that the students who are sponsored by these people are truly in
need.

If any of you offer scholarships for participation, could you share your
forms with me?
