[GFCA] Novice Packet Vote Results - Hei Ren Aff/Neg file

Hi, everyone,

We received 12 votes from the following schools.

It was a 7-5 vote *AGAINST* including the Hei Ren Aff and Neg file.
Therefore, this file will not be included in the January Novice packet
supplement.

Houston County HS
Johns Creek HS
Marist School
McIntosh HS
Northview HS
Pace Academy
Riverwood HS
Westminster Schools
Woodward Academy

Also, remember we also have another policy debate vote open right now that
closes on Monday. To vote on the 2017-2018 potential resolutions, please go
