[GFCA] Extemp/Impromptu topics Wildcat Classic 10/15

I know it is a little early (if I waited, I would forget to post!) but the
Extemp and Impromptu topic areas are posted for the 2016 Wildcat Classic at
Valdosta High School, Oct. 15.

We look forward to hosting you in Valdosta.  Please let me know if there is
anything I can do to make your trip to South Georgia easier.
