[GFCA] NFHS 2017-2018 Policy Debate Topic Final Ballot

Hi,

Below you will find the results of the 2017-2018 Policy Voting.  Education
Reform and Energy Policy are the final two choices.  Later this semester,
we will send out a vote for the community to participate in.
