[GFCA] Thomson Tournament. . . a couple of things

(1) I thought that I had completely revised the invitation that I had used
years ago while I was at Lincoln County before I uploaded it at Tabroom. .
. which I obviously hadn't.  For those of you who had looked at it and
wondered if I'd been stuck in a time warp, it is now 2016 and Thomson High
School compatible.

(2) The congress packet is now uploaded.

(3) I've also fixed the hired judging glitch to reflect the fact that you
may indeed hire judges.

(4) I've also fixed the goof that says that you can update entries up until
7:00 P. M. on Saturday.  My hope is that you will all be on your way home
by then. ☺

If you find any other glitches, please let me know. . . you'll spot them
from a registration perspective far more quickly than I and my
novice-at-Tabroom self will from mine.
