[GFCA] 1st/2nd Year State--Logging Qualifications on Tabroom

Hello, everyone!

On Tabroom, make sure you identify the two tournaments each team or debater
attended in order to qualify for 1st/2nd Year State.

Here's how to do so:

While registering your team on tabroom, please click on the "entries" tab,
click "edit" and then add the tournaments the specific team or debater
attended.
