[GFCA] GFCA Circuit in Tabroom

Good/cool news!

The GFCA now has its very own circuit in Tabroom! Because Georgia Debate is
a big deal! :)

We no longer need to list all of our Georgia tournaments under the national
circuit anymore. Now, once you join the GFCA circuit, GA tournaments will
automatically show up for registration.

So, when you get a chance, please join the GFCA circuit.

All you have to do is join it under the Circuits tab when you first log in,
and then add your tournament.
