<span><font>From the NFHS:</font></span></p></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse:collapse;font-family:arial,helvetica,clean,sans-serif;line-height:14px">On January 10, 2012, ballots from 32 states, the National Catholic Forensic League, National Debate Coaches Association and the National Forensic League were tabulated at NFHS headquarters to select the 2012-13 national high school policy debate topic. Infrastructure was selected over Immigration with 57% of the votes.  </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse:collapse;font-family:arial,helvetica,clean,sans-serif;font-size:12px;line-height:14px"><p class="body" style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:1em;margin-left:0px;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px">
