really liked having two first-year divisions in prior years - seemed fair to
have kids on the national circuit being able to use their best arguments
without having to learn the packet, and seemed fair to the in-state kids because
they didn't suddenly have to prepare for K and every other case neg and
c/plan out there, just for one tournament. </DIV></DIV>
