In the Fall Meeting, coaches discussed the possibility of an open packet novice division.  We tabled the discussion and said would revisit the situation via a survey later in the first semester.<div><br></div><div>You are voting on the status of the Novice Packet's usage at the First & Second Year State Championship in February.  A vote of <u style="font-weight: bold; ">yes,</u> means students are allowed to read new affirmatives, counterplans, disads, kritiks, and/or case arguments.  A vote of <u style="font-weight: bold; ">no</u>, means students are limited to the novice packet.</div>
