Let me clarify for the GFCA community...<div><br></div><div>There will only be <u>one</u> Novice division at the GFCA State Tournament.  The vote is to decide whether or not this division will have argument restrictions.</div>
<div><br></div><div>The difference in Open Novice and JV is the experience prerequisite.  There usually is a significant difference in a 2nd year debater running a CP/K than a 1st year debater running one.  </div><div><br>
