<div align="left" style="text-align:left"><font face="Geneva" size="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Geneva;font-size:10pt;color:#000000">The Barkley Forum for High Schools was started 57 years ago in order to bring high quality debate and forensics competition to Georgia.  As our tournament has grown into a nationally competitive tournament, we have noticed a decline in participation from Georgia schools--the very schools our tournament was created to serve.  </font></div>

<div align="left" style="text-align:left"><font face="Geneva" size="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Geneva;font-size:10pt;color:#000000">To encourage more Georgia schools to participate, this year we will again be waiving the entry fees for one policy team for any school that has not participated in the tournament in the previous 5 years.  The school will still be responsible for providing judging or paying the judge fee.  </font></div>
