<div>Normally, I would have sent this reminder yesterday because registration was supposed to close yesterday afternoon, but yesterday wasn't a normal day around our school as one of our sophomores was found dead yesterday morning, apparently having died sometime Tuesday night or Wednesday morning in his home.  These kinds of losses aren't easy anywhere, but in a student body of 380 and in a town in which everyone pretty literally knows everyone, the blow is huge. . . and this was a young man who was well-liked and friendly with almost literally everyone.  In the midst of that, I sort of forgot about emailing.</div>

<div>For that reason, I'll wait until the end of school today (3:30) to close our registration through Joy of Tournaments.  If you haven't registered yet or will be making massive changes, please do so as quickly as possible. . . I need to know about those so that I can resolve any event and/or judge need issues sooner rather than later.</div>
