I feel certain that I read this somewhere, but now I can’t find it, so I’ll ask those of you in the know. Did we adopt in the State Tournament rules, Constitution, or by-laws a provision stating that entries to the GFCA State Tournament in Public Forum must have debated together previously, even if they make up a school’s at-large entry? I don’t have any problem with this rule—I just wanted to make sure that I have it right as I enter students into tournaments.<br>
