[GFCA] GFCA Calendar Update

Dear Coaches, please review the schedule attached and let me know if there
are any updates regarding your tournament request.  (Many of you chose
"TBD" for tournament format and I am hoping you have an update on that to
help our coaches plan their schedules and travel.)
