[GFCA] Updated Varsity Qualifiers List

The Varsity qualifiers list has been updated to include all September GFCA
tournaments.  Please review your qualifiers and ensure that their names,
tournaments, and ranks are correct.  If there are any errors, please let
either Lauren Ivey or myself know and we will correct them as soon as
possible.
