[GFCA] new Google Group

Mario has asked me to set up a Google group for GFCA communications and
stop using the old listserv soon. There are hundreds of names on the
current listserv, including a lot of people who are not longer involved in
speech and/or debate. If you would like to be on the new listserv, please
email me and I'll direct add you. Yes, I know there's probably a more
efficient way to do this but I'm not sure how so this is how I'm going to
add people. Thanks!
