[GFCA] Qualification Verification

HI, all

Here is a link to show the manner in which students attending the Varsity
State Tournament qualified. There have been questions from a couple of
coaches as to the veracity of the process. Very fair question. Here is the
information.

Events are color-coded. Those that aren't color-coded means the
verification process is being determined.
