[GFCA] Elections for GFCA Executive Board

I nominate Jamie Wills for Director of Communications.

(I would like to be nominated for Director of programs - I could still work
on schedule, varsity qualifiers, and help with the web page but I don't
have time to do the Director of Communications the way it deserves to be
done.)
