[GFCA] VHS Wildcat Classic

I wanted to let everyone know that I have updated the event entry for the
Wildcat Classic to include:

BQD - (how could I forget it?) - it is open to middle school students,
preferred 2 by 2.

Middle School - Group Interp.  (Marna, could you send me the description of
the event and how many are in a "group?")

And I am really, *REALLY*, hoping to have at least Novice CX and hopefully
Varsity CX - if I need to run it as a round robin and make adjustments to
charges, I will because I really want CX to "rise again" in South GA!
