[GFCA] Policy Debate Voting Results

Hello, all.

I waited for schools who voted on the old ballot to submit on the new one
so that all votes were counted. Here are results of the preferential
balloting.

1st-    PROBLEM AREA I: PRESIDENTIAL AUTHORITY
2nd-   PROBLEM AREA II: POVERTY
3rd-    PROBLEM AREA IV: FOOD SECURITY
4th-    PROBLEM AREA V: SUPREME COURT
5th-    PROBLEM AREA III: IMMIGRATION

Here is the list of school who participated in the vote. Schools are listed
in alphabetical order.

Woodward Academy

This vote will be submitted to the National Federation of High Schools as
the GFCA vote.
