[GFCA] Novice Policy — Add 50 States Fiat?

Ok, I'm persuaded. Maggie, will you send an email on the Listserv with the
Fiat argument and that it is available for this weekend?

Also, I'm about to send an email about the topic vote, extending it until
3pm tomorrow to assure schools who want to vote have opportunity to do so.
