[GFCA] 2017-18 GFCA Tournament Scheduler

**There are some tournaments being scheduled on the same dates, if
possible, please speak with your colleagues and try not to force teams to
choose between two tournaments - thereby hurting both hosts as they divide
the participants, there are many weekends available during the season.
