Coaches and Tournament Directors,

Please check and review the varsity qualifiers sheets for the 2016-17  
competition season.  If you notice an error, please contact me as soon as  
possible - it is easier to correct an error immediately after the  
tournament than it is to correct it the day that Varsity Tournament entries  
are due.  Please be sure to review the bylaws regarding how to earn bids to  
compete at the Varsity State Championships.

At this time, only the Houston County Tournament results are received and  
entered.

Our goal this year is to have the qualifiers list updated and available to  
the membership within 5 days of receiving the results from the tournament  
directors.
