[GFCA] Johns Creek One Day

Hey folks,

We are so excited to be hosting you soon!  A couple notes:

One, the only meal we will be serving on site for the tournament will be
Lunch.  There will be drinks on sale throughout the day, but the only food
will be served during the lunch break.

Two, please work on finalizing your numbers - this is imperative so I can
have air conditioning for the requisite number of rooms.  If you have to
estimate, PLEASE estimate high - that way we won't have any competitors who
have to debate without air!

Three, I'm extending the registration deadline until Wednesday at 4:00 PM.
Because of Labor Day I want to give everyone a chance to meet with their
students face to face before I close registration.  Please make sure your
numbers are in before then to minimize changes.
