[GFCA] Finalize 1st/2nd Year Entries + Check Fees

Good afternoon folks!

We are fast approaching the end of registration for 1st and 2nd Year State. 

1. Please finalize all entries by Monday at 12noon.

2. Hired judging requests - As the email said yesterday, if you requested hires earlier, you need to re-request all hires. Here is the break down for judge hires:

5 rounds owed per 3 LD/PF entries
5 rounds per 2 CX entries
1 hired judge covers up to 6 entries in Congress

3. Invoices - All invoices should be calculating fees (student fees are meal fees, entry fees and any hired judging)
