[GFCA] Two Quick Notes

Hello, everyone! Hope all's well.

1. For At-Large Bids: If you already have four students/teams that have
qualified in one event, you cannot use the At-Large bid in that event.

2. Please keep in mind that you can enter 3rd and 4th year debaters as
judges for 1st/2nd Year State.
