[GFCA] Member and At-Large Bids for Varsity State

Hello, everyone!

The two entry bids for GFCA Member Schools (i.e., schools who've paid their
dues) are now available. Please make sure you've submitted all bids by Feb.
17.

*NOTE*: The team/individual must have attended at least two invitationals
to receive either of the bids.

Here's where to find them, how to register for them, and what they do:

*1. Member Bid*

*Where:*

GFCA Website

*How:*

Fill out the form on the website.



*Uses:*
1) Earn an automatic bid for a team in an event where you have qualified no
other student.
OR
2) Even up an odd number in a team event.



*2. At Large Bids*
*Where: *

Tabroom

https://www.tabroom.com/index/tourn/index.mhtml?tourn_id=4821

*How: *

When you register the student(s)on tabroom, click the "At Large" button and
add two tournaments that attended.

*Uses: *

Potentially allows the student(s) in an event where they have not qualified
but have attended two tournaments.

*NOTE:* If you've already qualified four students/teams in an event, you
cannot use the At Large Bid for that specific event.
