[GFCA] Small/Rural programs

Good evening Coaches,

I have been invited to be on a working group with NSDA to talk about
concerns of small and rural speech and debate programs.  The NSDA wants to
know what we want and need from them to help support our efforts.

Please email me any concerns you have and areas you think the NSDA can be
of assistance to your program and encouraging more access for students.
Areas that have been mentioned in our first meetings are:  access to
resources, fundraising, mentor ship of new coaches, and travel.
