[GFCA] Congratulations to Westminster Schools!

Congratulations to *Jordana Sternberg and the Westminster Schools* (Saul
Forman & Naman Gupta) for winning the 2015 Tournament of Champions in
Policy Debate!

This is Westminster's 5th TOC National Championship in the past 11 years!
Saul Forman was also the Top Speaker in the Policy debate division,
Georgia's 5th Top Speaker in the past ten years.

This marks the second National Championship a Georgia school has won in
Policy Debate this year!

Congratulations to all other schools who attended, reached elimination
rounds, or won speaker awards at the TOC!
