[GFCA] Area Tournament Information

Some reminders/clarifications about the Area Tournament:

1. Only students previously not already qualified can attend this
tournament.
2. Students must have previously attended two regular season invitationals
in the event.
3. You may only qualify students until you reach the Entry Limit.
4. If you have already exceeded the entry limit (4) in a division, you may
not send entries in that event to the Area Tournament.
