[GFCA] Varsity State - A Couple of Reminders

1. We will be using the Jan-Feb LD topic for Lincoln Douglas and the
February PF Topic for Public Forum.

2. Speech & Debate Coach of the Year nominations are due by Friday.
 Nominations should be sent to me AND Richard Bracknell.
