[GFCA] UGA Tournament - Offering Public Forum

I am pleased to announce that the University of Georgia Tournament (March
2-4) will be offering both Novice and Open Public Forum this year. We are
hoping to get at least 10 entries in each division for public forum to have
a sustainable event pool.
