[GFCA] Novice Packet Addendum

Coaches,

We voted at the Fall Meeting to add the middle school Colonization
affirmative and negatives to the Novice Packet.  A special thanks to Lisa
Willoughby who head this committee and worked hard on gathering input about
the evidence.
