[GFCA] Judge help & speaker point scales

The attachment is what Jenny uses at the Westminster tournament to help new
policy judges.

The following scale is what many of us have used in the past - and at the
meeting , we discussed the implementation of this scale into all flavors of
debate.

30 = perfect. 29 = very impressive. 28 = well done, above average. 27
= average job. 26 = needs improvement. 25 or below = someone was rude or
gave up.
