[GFCA] LD and PF Tournament Schedules

Dear Colleagues,

I am now working on the schedule for the JCHS Debate tournament.  I would
like to gather some feedback from you on whether you would like PF and LD to
remain a one day or switch to a two day event.  Two days would allow an
additional preliminary round and expanded break rounds.
