Thanks to the 14 schools that voted in the policy debate topic vote for
2012-2013.  The following how the GFCA submitted our vote:

1st place- Higher Education - 37 votes
2nd place - Immigration - 38 votes
3rd place - Infrastructure - 45 votes (3 first place)
4th place - Entitlement Reform - 45 votes (2 first place)
5th place - Civil Rights - 45 votes (1 first place)
