[GFCA] recommendations for PFD camp

I've gotten people emailing me asking to forward any recommendations to them. Could we maybe make this a group discussion or post a list of favorites on the website? Whether you are involved in a program personally or just know of one I  think a lot of us would be interested in hearing about it.
