[GFCA] Registration and Judge Preference

Some notes:

Registration will close tomorrow at 12:00pm.  Mutual judge preference in
debate will start shortly after that.  We will send out an email stating so.


Notes about judges:  There are some inherent restrictions to consider.  If a
student had a lab leader at a debate institute on this topic, they should
not judge the debater/individual team.  This is only the lab leader, not
lecturers or the camp itself.  Also, if a judge was a hired judge from your
school in the last 12 months, they should not judge your team.  And finally,
any past romantic relationships between judges and/or coaches should be
noted.  Some oftThese rules are in line with past rules of GHSA and the GFCA
and help to assure transparency for our inaugural tournament.

Please note:  In debate, schools within GFCA Areas will not meet each other
in the first two preset rounds.
