[GFCA] First/Second Year State

I sincerely apologize for the delay in the First/Second Year Invite and
Registration.  The tournament is February 4 and 5.  I have had email issues
and have simply been overwhelmed, and I beg your forgiveness.  I have
attached the invite and schedule so you have general information until the
JofT site is up and running.  Feel free to contact me with questions.  I
will send an email once it is up for registration.
