[GFCA] new novice disad- download issues

I have been contacted by a few people indicating that they are getting a
.zip file when they try to download the new novice disad.  This seems to
be an issue unique to Internet Explorer; it will download using Chrome
or Firefox.  However, we are working on getting it to download properly
in explorer.  In the meantime, I can send the file out as an attachment
to anyone that is unable to download it.  Please e-mail me directly at
the e-mail address.
