[GFCA] Alpharetta Tournament rescheduled- February 19th

The Alpharetta Treasure Hunt has been rescheduled for February 19th.
The rescheduled tournament is up on Joy of Tournaments.  All previous
entries were deleted, so please restart your registration, even if you
were entered for the originally scheduled date.  Despite the date
change, we will still be a state qualifier.  The link to the invitation
