[GFCA] Fully Qualified Students to State

Coaches,

I've gone through and officially confirmed all fully qualified students to
the Varsity State Tournament.  Any student that has received a qualifying
bid but has not gone to the minimum number of tournaments of two has been
removed from the qualified list.
