[GFCA] Curriculum Resources

Thanks to James Herndon, Jenny Heidt and others for helping with curriculum
help.

If you go to the Resources page <http://thegfca.org/resources/> on the GFCA
website you will see some new content added including a Policy Debate Manual
and a Policy Debate Demo Round.   I am currently working on adding my
personal stuff to the site but will let you know that I use this

my Argumentation & Logic course. Please let me know if you have any
