[GFCA] Seeking input

Dear Colleagues:

I ran this question by Mario, who suggested that I throw the question out to all of you.

I originally set the date for the Lincoln County tournament for November 12...our last year's October date wouldn't work because I'll still be on maternity leave.  As I'll have probably just gotten back before November 12, even it wasn't exactly an ideal date and became less so when I found out that Northview would also be hosting on that date...I'd rather not put my one-day on the same day as another one-day when so many schools need that option right now.

Thus, when last year's CFL date came open, I moved our tournament to that date, December 3.  However, in addition realizing that is the Ohio Valley weekend, I also am concerned about running the risk of schools' having put us on their calendars in November and not being able to make changes now.

I know that some schools will likely come regardless of the date and that some won't come regardless of the date.  For those  for whom the date is a factor, though, please email me your thoughts.
