[GFCA] GFCA Fall Meeting & Important Documents

Speech & Debate Coaches,

I hope everyone's summer was great!  The Georgia Forensic Coaches
Association will be holding its annual Fall Meeting on August 27th at Grady
High School. I have attached all of the details including an agenda.  If you
have a matter you wish to see addressed at the meeting, please send those to
Mario Herrera (rioherrera at gmail.com) or me (jmill126 at gmail.com)

You can also find a current list of active coaches in the state of Georgia.
 My goal is for this list to be as accurate as possible, but I need your
help.  If you wouldn't mind taking a couple minutes to double check the list
for your school and coaches (and their correct email addresses) and schools
in your area with a program or debate club.  These addresses are currently
working on the list serv.  Any discrepancy in this list should be reported
to me as soon as possible so I can correct it.

The final attachment is the up to date 2011-2012 GFCA Calendar.  This
includes all the recent changes I have received and the 2012 State
Championship dates.

Feel free to ask me any questions and remember several things have been
