Which By-laws are we discussing?  The by-laws we discussed at the August meeting, or the old draft that was sent out by the board?

Voting ended yesterday for the proposed Constitution.  On a vote of 5 to 1,
the membership has voted to ratify the constitution.  You can find the GFCA

 If you have any questions about the voting please let me or Mario know.

The membership should now turn their focus to the discussion on the by-laws.
